I like Fall, but I get so dry in the Winter.

Winter dryness can cause discomfort of the nose, eyes, and skin. It affects some worse than others. You know the humidity is too low when the hardwood floors begin to shrink. You can also tell because you walk across the carpet and get shocked on the next thing you touch. I can recommend two things: First, Dr. Oz says don’t take those hot showers. Hot water dries out the skin. Secondly, I recommend installing a whole house humidifier. Adding a humidifier to your heating system can really helps keep the humidity in your house stable.
