I recommend setting your Air Conditioning Temperature somewhere between 72 and 78. Pick the highest temperature where you can be comfortable. This is different for everybody. I advise against setting the temperature too low, say below 70. When the house is cold in the summer, the indoor humidity will actually rise, this is because the temperature in the house approaches the dew point; the point where moisture in the air will begin to form droplets of water. This gives you a cold but clammy feeling which is less comfortable. Remember, the higher you set your cooling temperature, the lower your electric bill. Everybody likes a lower electric bill!
